Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel. PLEASE NOTE: These will be shipped to the email address on record with Shopify. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within 5 minutes. If you have Gmail, the email might be in your Promotions folder.
Unsigned print books are printed by BookVault and shipped by BookVault
Signed print books are printed by Amazon and shipped by me via Canada Post within one week of purchase
Merch is created by Printful and shipped by Printful
If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
For physical goods (such as print books) you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Print Book shipping times vary between country. Estimated shipping times alongside choices of shipping methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping to the EU
Unfortunately, I’m not able to send personalized books to the EU. However, I do have books available to print and ship within the EU via BookVault. These books can be found at https://www.payhip.com/kristawalshauthor
